I don't think the PTO is correct?
What I do know which is not much, but the last Time I removed a PTO from a 57 truck to install on a 59 truck it would not come straight out, you had to "roll" it in or out.
it is very close to the brake mount.
Is your rear mounts proper?
Dumb question I know but had to ask.
Was wondering if maybe the rear needs to go up and over a Little?

I don't remember seeing a Dual Output PTO on a later truck.
