You have to see them in person…they look like they were zinc plated yesterday. They’re kind of mottled. I’m actually not sure if it’s not galvanizing? Dunno but it’s original from the 50’s. No I’d never put paint on them. I’ve had them Cad plated before but this is a heavier coating than modern Cad plate.
