Wow. I would have never guessed it was a Mico Brake Lock. I have seen the ones mounted right on the dash with a short little lever maybe 3 inches long. And I have a vintage MoPar electric brake lock made by Mico. I also have one exactly like what is shown in his picture that mounts to the steering column but I always thought it might be a trailer brake controller. I have had the dumb thing for about 40 years.
