My electric MoPar brake lock is shown as an accessory in 1950's Parts Lists. It was NOS when I bought it years ago, but I don't trust it too much. I think I will look into seeing if I can get the column mounted one working that I have. I believe it came off of a Power-Wagon I once had that had served as a wrecker for a while.

I'll bet it is a bear to bleed the brakes with that thing so much higher than the master cylinder.
