Vacuum wipers basically stop working when you accelerate due to loss of vacuum supply.
I did some research on vacuum storage to assist vacuum wipers. Apparently it helps.
But electric wipers are definitely better.
Now if they made diesel powered wiper motors...that would be great. :) :)
