When you say, "they are still vacuum wipers", are you of the opinion that vacuum wipers are less efficient that electric wipers? I have no experience with replacing a wiper motor other than the original, and even less experience with Power Wagon wiper motors. Heck, I did not even know there was such thing as a vacuum driven wiper motor, and never considered that there might be something other than an electric wiper motor.
