Anchor point for seat belts

I'd like to install a shoulder/lap belt on a FF. Opinions as to whether the horizontal sheetmetal support above the shoulder that runs toward the back window is sturdy enough for the anchor or should it be attached in some manner to the "B" pillar itself?
