Leaf springs take a lot of abuse from driving over rough terrain, tire hitting holes and making tight turns especially tandem axles. Time to replace the spring liners or clamps that use a bolt across the spring if yours doesn't. Also check where the spring is connect to the axle to see if anything has shifted.
