I might use a floor jack with a transmission plate on it with some blocks of wood between the cab and jack. Loosen the four bolts. You should be able to lift the rear or the front of the cab just a little and replace those mounts. Myself would do this. Unlatch the sides of the hood as the cab will move in relation to the hood. You should not have to remove the hood.
1) Loosen the 4 bolts.
2) Set jack under rear floor and remove the rear bolts then slightly lift cab rear. Replace mounts leaving the bolts loose on reassembly.
3) Put jack under front of cab. Remove bolts then slightly lift cab. Replace mounts and loosely install bolts.
4) Remove the jack so the cab is now setting on all 4 mounts. You should be able to move the cab a little.
5) Start at the front driver’s side and adjust the cab so that the peddles and etc do not rub. Tighten this cab mount enough that it will not move.
6) Now work your way around to the other mounts making sure the cab is aligned. As you do each mount double check that the peddles do not rub the floorboard. Also check the alignment of the hood with the cab and radiator. You may have to adjust the rods between the cab and radiator o get the gaps correct.
7) When your happy with how the cab sets tighten bolts to spec.
Have fun and take your time.
