I am wondering what most '48 owners have listed as their VIN number on title. I know of a couple '48 owners and their VIN is as mine being the engine number of the truck. One with only less than 1000 difference on door sill number has like a 1 million difference in VIN or as stated engine number. Is this just one of those can't be explained things in production.Obvious that an engine change would change all of this. Thanks for information.
