Full flow oil filter conversion

Can anyone please provide me with a description of how to convert to a full-flow spin-on oil filter in a flathead 6, 230 cid engine?

I know some people have posted messages about how a full flow filter is no better than our original partial flow setups, or perhaps not even as good. All that aside, at least I would still like to know how it can be done.

Is there an off-the-shelf remote filter kit that can be easily adapted for use on our flatheads?
