1. Sending unit: 240-33ohms
2. Click on "PIF" at top of form, scroll down TOC to Electrical Group 7, click "i" to view WDX wiring diagram.
You may want to view 6 to 12v alternator conversion to ensure you have all components installed for conversion.
If the alternator uses a 3/8ths or 7/16ths belt, run engine for 15 minutes then feel alternator fan temp and compare to alternator. I fan is hotter, belt is slipping and you'll need to install wider pulley and belt.
3. Use a reducer for gauge. Sending unit does not require one, they work fine installed on 6 or 12v systems.
