A good plan. Moisture will always be accumulating in the brake hydraulic system; it is simply the nature of things. A brake fluid that absorbs moisture is the sponge that, with regular flushing, soaks up the moisture and removes it. A brake fluid that does not absorb moisture allows the moisture to pool and puddle and do its nasty work. Using a DOT3/4, I think, is the best thing you can do for your brake system -provided you do the yearly maintenance.
