Stubborn rear leaf spring pin

So I'm stumped. How do I remove the rear pin from the rear spring shackle. I removed the zerk fitting and inserted a fine thread bolt in its place and after removing the front pin came out easy, I put a jack under the spring to take the weight off. Then removed the bolt that tightens the pin in the shackle. I tried a slide hammer on the bolt inserted into the pin no luck. not rusted and used penetrating oil Is there a puller required?
