It's no mystery why us folks in the East, Southeast especially, find old trucks from the Southwest and California so desirable.
This morning the temperature on my front porch was 59F at daybreak--two hours later it was 64F. My T-bar lug wrench lay in a chair on the porch all night. With a mere 5 degree change in the atmosphere, the T-bar was sweating along with an 18"cheater.
Over the years I have had tools and trucks rust like they were in the open even though kept under shed. At the same time I've seen trucks with original paint and the slightest surface rust that have sat outdoors 50+ years in the dry regions.
Here my dehumidifier runs 24/7 for the chosen ones!
