bad frame,what to do?

As I am replacing springs on my truck, I am realizing my poor old PW fame is in bad shape. There is de lamination along some of the frame rails and the mid ship cross-member has rust through. Its time to be thinking about another frame. This would be a major job-taking everything off the old one and transplanting on another one.

Big question is the availability of locating another frame and what would one pay for it. I am thinking about doing this job next summer. Any ideas guys?
