Thanks for this. The shiny spots are tool marks for sure.

Its hard to find a shop to service these for me even though they are the GYLTS and not widow makers (so I am told).

I have also heard that the rings are mated to the rims and not interchangeable.

I threw up some more pics of the rings and it looks like both the ring "lip" and the groove of the wheel look to be in good shape actually. I havent checked for roundness yet though.

Agreed i need to fined out first if the rings are toast..... Ill give a call to VPW Monday and see what they say too.
