I always just have my original wheel cylinders sleeved with stainless. Problem solved. Not sure why vintage or someone doesn’t sell stainless sleeved cylinders. I mean even for me to send a set out & have a machine shop do them is only $120 for 4 so I’d think if you were doing a couple hundred there’s be enough money in it to still make a buck & provide parts that are way way superior to the repro cylinders that are available.
