Okay, I know Bill's W300 is about as correct for a 1966 as one can get:

Why do the front hubs on the CT truck stick out so much further than those on Marty's old truck? Is it because the CT truck appears to have been originally a rear single wheel truck (appearing as such from the single wheel rear fenders)? Or was Marty's truck converted from singles to duals and the correct rear fenders added?
I know Bill's is an original dual wheel truck, and it has the earlier 6 stud wheels and hubs, but it also has hubs that do not stick out so far.
