Collectability of later Dodge 4x4s

I've had a lot of Dodge trucks over the years but really only paid very much attention to the price of the older Dodge Power Wagons. Recently I stopped at a car dealership and saw a rebuilt 83 Dodge W350 crew cab. It was nicely rebuilt, but I was surprised that the asking price was about $21,000.

Reading up a little, it seems like old trucks are going up in value (although that strikes me as way up). When do nice newer 4x4s start getting a collectors value anymore (I guess the fact that I regard an 83 as "newer" says something about my age).
