You don't want the webbing under the bracket, it would cause the bracket to flex. Two pieces on the shell, two pieces on the cowl. Take measurements of shell/cowl so you can cut equal pieces for each. I used pop rivets to secure mine. No additional drill holes required. Two images, click right.
