If your frame is a 1949, you have to use the wood mounting blocks between the cab and frame, but only at the front bolts. The rear mounts just get the 1/4-inch thick fiber filler. If you try to use the later rubber spacers front and back, doing so will tilt the cab forward and cause a misalignment at the steering column. The frames changed when the cab mounting method changed.
