drove the truck on the freeway to a pass 700 ft elevation 18 miles away at 6AM so no traffic. Did fine all the way there at 51-55 mph. Noticed the oil pressure was 55 but gradually dropped to 40as the oil warmed up(I guess?). I did have to drop into 3rd as I went up the grade. stooped for coffee as the rain started. Thanks Power Wagon John, the elec wipers did their job. As I went home, pouring rain, the truck acted as if it was running out of gas. I would tap the carb bowl in case the float stuck, dive it another mile then same thing. I eventually called AAA for a tow. I just got the carb back from Treadwell and I will call them Monday. This happened one time last week when i was doing a short errand. Thought I had run out of gas and my wife brought the gas can. At the gas station only needed 4-5 gal. Could be intermittent electrical just not sure. Any ideas?
