I have 2 F 450s , both 2012 & 2013, both with near 200k miles on them, I did delete them 2013, & tuner & exhaust. $ 1300. Installed myself, neither have ever been worked on , other than trans flush, I farm my trucks get worked hard & in filthy conditions. 6.7 liter have been good to me , do change oil every 5000 miles ?
