I'd like to put Michelin 11.00r16 XL Tires on it (39") but they are hard to find and the XZLs are expensive.

Universal Tire has a 10.50-16 STA Military Directional tire that stands a little over 38" but I don't know enough about them yet.

The truck will be a little heavier with the engine swap, but I don't plan on using it as a tow rig.

I don't mind starting out in first, or downshifting on the grades, as long as it pulls the flats well.
