Hey Clint,

There were two pieces, the anti-squeak that went between the fender and splash shield, and the filler that went between the fender and cowl. From the piece that I have, it was only filler between the large gap, material either end. I used the rear fender welting for the anti-squeak, and "T" rubber for the filler. See image at link.
