Don't despair.
Rarely does one rebuild a truck and not have the issues your listing.
I call it my "debugging" stage.
You'll
Find even more issues no doubt.
I do understand (I'm thinking anyway) how your feeling:
"I spend all this $&@&&& money and it rides like/sound like/ feels like crap!"
I just went thru this process on my 41 WC build.
The gas in mine went bad after 6-8 months sitting and didn't have the power to drive it up the hill from the trailer to the house!
Drain and clean fuel carb etc. arghhh
I had no power (brakes adjusted too tight and dragging)
I had so many squeaks and rattles I couldn't take it!
I had left a number of bolts loose and found those and tightened.
Leaks here and there but addressed.
I eventually worked them all out and now it's rather enjoyable to drive. But I was pretty disgusted after the energy time and Mula invested.
Well again it will take time to work out the bugs.
Keep the faith!!
Your truck looks great.. now to make it drive just as great.
