Beating condensation

Evenings are starting to turn cool,damp, and when done my truck will be outside at night. Will the insulation I am putting on the inside of the cab and the sealing of any openings prevent condensation under the headliner or just hide it? Will a low temp air mover as used in boats work just as well? Thanks
