I second what Rick said. When I first got my truck 4 plus years ago, I took the drag link apart and cleaned it then put it back together. I forgot that the pitman ball was so bad. 4 years later when adjusting the new steering, it hung up. Rick had a nice, extra pitman arm (he even powder coated it)and the steering was smooth.
