Thanks a bunch for all the advice. I was trying to figure out what was standard for doing this without a personal inspection. We have agreed upon a price, but not on the transport. I sent him about a dozen or so pictures; don't think he is a tire kicker, seems like a sincere guy. I will ask him to fork over the cash first. I don't mind going to Colorado to deliver, but it will be a separate price...if that happens. That is why I wanted the extra $$ up front. I wasn't sure if asking for the money up front was standard or not, seems like it is.
