Help? any ideas on what a 1965 Dodge D-200

is worth -- has a large 6 cylinder original 3/4 ton, all intact, a little rust on the front end of the hood -- no other rust
bed intact and tail gate -- runs strong

Then is the frame on a D-200 the same frame as on a w-200 or are there significant differences? Can a person put the 4x4 running gear out of a W-series under a D series??? thanks for all of your help on these questions
