I did a '64 W-200 running gear swap onto a '68 D-100 frame - the only differences between the two were the rear spring shackle bolt holes. The 1/2 ton were 1/2" and the 3/4 ton were 3/4" (easy to remember, huh?) THEY were a pain to drill out!
The frame spacing was the same, the width and thickness of the frames was the same the front spring mounts were the same, the ... you get the picture.
With a W-200 to D-200 swap, I would think that it would just be a bolt in... except for the transfer case - you'll need to drill out holes in the frame to bolt the transfer case and support bracket in. Just take your time and make some templates - I did it and haven't had any problem.
