1968 WM300 Value

I am looking for some help. My mother has a 1968 WM300 that was my grandfathers. She has had the truck for about 10 years. It was parked about 4 years ago and hasn't been started since. She is considering selling it after being persuaded to not let it rust away. Could someone give me some sort of price for this truck. I have looked it over and do not see any signs of thru rust. This truck was used by Duke Energy in VA/NC until my grandfather purchased it. It does have the front winch. I would like to fix up myself since it carries sentimental value but I have zero automotive knowledge.
