The roof hole in a carryall is approximately 40x80 inches. What did ya'll use for a panel board to stretch the canvass over. I've thought about quarter inch masonite--but it and similar thin plywoods are too flat it seems to make the compound arches--slight bows side to side and front to back..
'Just curious about what works when you're starting with an empty hole !
