Is that an SAE #3 or #4? I'm guessing #4. The starter looks like it is the same position as a Power Wagon which would accommodate a 14" ring gear. An SAE #3 requires a 16" ring gear.
The mounting ears on that look a little low and narrow compared to a Power Wagon. In case anybody is wondering if it would drop in, the mounting ears on a Power Wagon flywheel housing are 1/2" below the center line of the crank shaft and about 23" between the center of the bolts.
I don't know how many SAE #4 transmission options are out there. One I know of is IH Scout Diesel applications, which include a 727 automatic and a T18 with wide or close ratio gears sets and a married Dana 20 or Dana 300.
A good use for that might be to put a Spicer 3053a in a Power Wagon. That is, assuming you could come up with a flywheel, starter and clutch to match.
