Are you running 5.83 or 4.89 now? Will you have enough power for 4.89s with 41s? If your diff is properly set up now for the small ring gear, then if you put in a large ring gear you will need three (3) gaskets to properly center the side gears vs. the axle shaft, though there's a lot more leeway in the front than the rear in this respect.
