I suspect that you will find the wheel with a bolt on rim is a 3/4 T combat wheel. The other may well be a 1/2 T wheel that does not really fit over the PW brake drum. People are "interesting" in how they will solve a problem. You would not find me riding in that truck with the wheels mounted backwards.
