Don't let anyone tell you that the full-time 4x4 is a "bad" thing! It's great! Just maintain it, like anything else! And don't convert it to part-time 4x4. You'll spend a ton of cash, with absolutley no gains, so leave it alone.
Grab this truck if it's what you want!
As far as your truck buddy not knowing much about Dodges, fact is the transfer case and many axels are virtually identicle to every other brand of American 4x4's! Jeep, Ford, GM, International all used Dana axels and New Process transfer cases at one point or another.
So, go ahead, buy this rig already, and ask as many questions as you have!
