1972 Slant 6 Power Wagon Transmission options

Hi Guys!

The title pretty much says it all. I have a 1972 Power wagon with the 225 Slant6 in it and a manual trany. Looking to see what Trany options there are for this set up.

I do Not want to go to the 318/360 or any engine swap. I have a '77 M880 with the 318 and like the 727 automatic but would it be an easy swap in to a Slant6?

Does anyone have info on what the Axels would be on the '72? Any information or pointers on it would be great!
