90 D-250 what's it worth?

Glenn was asking about how much for a truck in a post below. I have a friend that wants to sell me his 90 D-250 . 5.9 cummins with 140,00 auto. has a nice 8' Fischer plow but the frame and body are toast rotten beyond repair in my opinion. What would be a fair price for this truck?
