Yes it is 4x4. He said the tranny works but takes a minute to charge up once in gear, sounds like it's time for a rebuild. Basically, the good running cummins, and a good 8' Fisher plow. Axles, springs are good. Basically the truck is a rot box. I'm looking to re-power a nice older Dodge donor truck. I was thinking $1,500- $2,000 would be a good deal.
