DEA Products #2018. 4-7/16" between bolts, 1-1/2" wide, 5-1/4" long, 7/8" thick? Found that in my parts stash. There are some similar looking ones on ebay, but no numbers given, and also one that looks like 4-1/4" between the bolts (maybe just the camera angle), but a good price.
