I am sure you are correct. And, I believe the trend in that direction all started a long time ago. When my Grandpa built his new house in 1965 it was a Wausau Home. It came partially assembled with the numbered walls (complete with siding and windows) and trusses all stacked neatly together in a topless semi truck trailer. At the front end of the trailer was a telescopic boom crane. It picked up the wall sections and set them in place, then placed all the trusses. A crew just tacked it all together. By the end of one day, Grandpa had a sealed up three bedroom ranch style house that he could finish as he saw fit.
