I hope this is OK with you Joe, but I thought it would be nice to post some pictures of those that are in our thoughts this Memorial Day. This photo was taken somewhere in the Pacific, probably 1944. My dad, just 19 years old, is the second from the right on the bottom row. They are in front of a Martin Mariner PBM where my dad was an ordinance man and nose gunner.
