If sandblasting is ruled out, or for that matter if you go ahead and blast your frame, check out Zero Rust as an effective means of protecting all that work you've gone to.
Aerosol or bulk, no Isocyanates or Lead to complicate your life, 2000+ hour salt spray cabinet test results and 1/2 the cost of the moisture cured urethanes that you wear for awhile if you get it on you.
