I have heard that one can cut up to 3x wider and 2x deeper oil grooves into the 4 main bearing shells. With more oil flow, you can plug the squirt holes in the rods. This supposedly helps the bearing's oiling, but is this a safe practice for the cylinder walls sake? Comments appreciated, especially if this is a koo-koo idea!
