There are vents that connect there that reduce to round fittings for the heater ducting hose that goes to the split-er coming off your heater. They come up occasionally on ebay and a quite pricey, over $100. I think I paid %75 before the latest round of Power wagon inflation. I recently saw a whole nos heater and the vents were picture. I can take a picture of mine since they have not been installed yet. I have it on good authority that I should install them as soon as the cab comes back from paint or risk stiff neck and contorted hands to reach the installation screws.
