I am down 58 lbs since September. My stress level has dropped some but I have been using my iphone with 2 apps. FitBit and Myfitness pal to keep track of my food and exercise/sleep. Once you input everything you eat daily its amazing how many calories stuff is. I have been trying to go for a 1-3 mile walk daily when time and weather permits. I am still eating everything I used to eat just less.
