A while back dodge boy Bill wanted to lose weight and several of you offered tips. I took some of them to heart and have lost 30# so far, going for 50#.
Easy stuff was to stop wearing my longjohns, eat a light breakfast and stop junkfood snacks.
I am restoring a carryall and spend 12-14 hrs. a day doing that or operating heavy equipment building a off road vehicle park on our place for motorcycles. After getting familiar with being hungry as not a problem things go well.
