Thanks Randy. Yes, the tower is more forward, so I just picked up the late PW center and right side floor boards. I had an NP420 from a 62 PW that I intended to use until I found out it would not bolt up to the existing bell housing. I didn't do enough research before purchasing it. :( Anyway, it had a PTO on it that swapped over without trouble. And yes, it has the helical gears.
